Hi! I’m Michelle. Helping people become the healthiest version of themselves is my passion. I work with adults in-person and online, and use an integrative approach to health and wellness, focusing on foundational elements of health and wellness: Diet, Exercise, Sleep/Stress Management and Hydration. I provide customized and judgment free coaching focusing on weight loss, sleep/stress management/resilience, exercise, and whole food nutrition. I meet you where you are at and we focus on what matters most to you.

No matter where we all are in our health and wellness journey, we are all a work in progress no matter what it looks like on the outside. Everyone is unique.

I am a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach who started health coaching while working as a personal trainer ten years ago. My passion to help people look and feel their best grew. I also quickly realized that people often need help navigating conflicting nutritional information, fad diets, and chronic illnesses. The more I learned about true wellness the more I wanted to share it and inspire others. It is critical to know where you are getting your information from. As a busy mom of 5, wife and grandma I can empathize with having a busy life and limited free time. I also understand the value of prioritizing YOU.

I want you look and feel your best, have increased resilience, more energy, and live a longer, more fulfilling life. We have a lot of living to do!

When not busy coaching, you can find me reading any chance I get. I also love cooking, spending time with my family and with my health coaching buddy–my dog, Luey.
